Adobe Acrobat DC: For Security & Legal Professionals

The demands of the Security and Legal professions place special needs on the documents that are created and managed by these disciplines. This course is designed to get security and legal professionals up to speed on using the tools and techniques in Adobe Acrobat that will assist them in their respective fields.

Course Topics Include:

• PDF file navigation
• Creating PDF files from Microsoft Office Suite Using PDF Maker
• Working with scanned documents and Optical Character Recognition OCR
• Using links and bookmarks
• Adding page numbers and watermarks to documents
• Adding header and footers to combine documents
• Review tools for document circulation and review
• Working with Acrobat Standard Security in Acrobat
• Bates numbering
• Redaction of sensitive information in documents
• Adding FLV video to case files
• Searching PDF files

Fee: Minimum 3 participants, pro-rated after 4 or more
